1. How does online therapy work?
Once an appointment is booked, you will be sent a link for our Zoom meeting a few hours before the appointment. A couple of minutes before your allocated time, get yourself comfortable and click on the link. You will enter the meeting once I have logged in. If there are any technical issues, I will call you immediately.
2. What does it cost?
A counselling session costs $110
3. Is it secure?
Yes, Zoom produces a unique link for each meeting booked, which is encrypted and ensures that our conversations are confidential.
4. Do I need to pay for apps to have online sessions?
Absolutely not, although you can download the Zoom app, it is not a requirement, all you need is a web browser, either on your laptop, PC, tablet or smart phone.

Counselling sessions usually run for around 50-60 minutes.
